"Wine" Thank You

As you all know I went out of town this past week for my anniversary. My buddy, Rianne, took care of our home while we were gone. So while we were out, I picked up a special bottle of wine to tell her thank you. This is the thank you card I made her to go with it. I used French Manor for the card and the wine glass.
